About Kirk Tsihlis

My overriding purpose at this stage in my commercial life is to deliver positive change for the environment and disadvantaged communities. Investing in the new clean economy whilst securing clean tech local manufacturing and jobs is key to this vision. Through TrueGreen Group we have current investments in electric buses, electric taxis, green building construction companies and indigenous entities delivering renewable projects and remediation of mining sites.With over 25 years in private capital and private debt investment experience, I have developed numerous businesses from the start-up phase in finance, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, resources and construction. I have executed successful business realisations to investment banks, ASX listed corporates and private capital.I also have extensive commercial property experience across CBD office and high density residential developments as both project sponsor and equity principal and as mezzanine investor.I have contributed my energy to numerous non for profits at board level including, The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese Charitable Foundation, All Saints Grammar College and Parish, Elpis Addiction Foundation.
