An equal amount of work is completed with outside architects and developers building single family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial and institutional projects. As a key member of the project development team, I acted as a steward for clients through the Preconstruction and Initial Investigation phase of the design process ensuring project objectives were aligned with company values. My role educated customers through prefabricated construction methods and the benefits of energy performance. My responsibilities included initial review of architectural drawings.
