- Automate data transformation and sharing processes used by portfolio managers to conduct and report trading activity in Eze Castle and Advent Exchange (APX) systems.- Manage infrastructure needs for YCM.

• Managed over 80 employees in 5 Departments including Med/Surg and OR Central Surgical Supply, Patient Transport and other support operations. • Gained physician support through the use of extensive scorecard development and presentation to support a new vendor pricing model for orthopedic surgery which led to $1.8 Million in Savings in Q3 and Q4 of 2009 without limiting physician preference items.• Chair of the Corporate OR Product Evaluation Committee which has the role of creating a control point for all new supply items to be reviewed and approved before entering the supply chain.

The Oakwood administrative fellowship is structured as a learning experience, providing an opportunity to understand the operations and management of healthcare delivery. The fellow has a permanent executive level preceptor for a one-year period, with monthly rotations throughout the Oakwood Healthcare System including human resources, finance, medical staff, and a Center of Excellence. It is structured as a learning experience where the fellow is a fully participating member of senior management.
