Primary responsibility for managing all group sales across 5 business units, covering Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australasia, The Americas and India.Completely re-invigorated the groups recruitment process to encourage fresh talent into the business as well redeveloped our entire training & development structure from the top down. This resulted in the businesses most successful year on recruitment and staff retention along with a record breaking sales year with a growth of 40% top line from the previous year.Innovated our sales management structure, systems and processes to encourage a more automated, modern flow by designing, project managing and developing from the ground up a complete management software 'dashboard' system. This enabled all staff at all levels of management to communicate statistics/data globally. Primarily this system enabled group wide visibility for the management team, allowing us to properly manage individuals and manage pro-actively as oppose to reactively.
