Kirpal Singh is a well-known faculty in the area of Applied Behavioural Science. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Masters Degree in Sociology.He is an accredited T-Group / Sensitivity Labs trainer. He is also one of the few qualified MBTI Trainers in India, certified by the Association of Psychological Types, USA.He has worked for over two decades as a Team Leader and senior faculty member with an Engineering Consultancy organization and has designed and conducted several training programmes for the company. He was also responsible for design and implementation of Management Training Scheme for the fresh Graduate Engineers. He is also known for setting up the Mentoring System in the company.He has vast experience of designing and conducting in house training programmes for several organisations both in the public as well as the private sector. He has facilitated a number of Sensitivity Training Labs for the top and middle management personnel of various organisations. He has been a visiting faculty to various Management Development Institutes such as IMT, Gaziabad, MDI Gurgaon and Fore School of Management, for teaching a paper on “OD & Management of Change” to MBA students. He has been actively associating with MDI and a few other organisations for designing and conducting need based in house training programmes.He has been the President of ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science), a member of the National HRD Network and also of TASI (Transactional Analysis Society of India).He had visited USA and UK at the invitation of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science, Bethel Main, USA, in 1997.
