The activities of the company are mainly targeted to Insurance, financing and data services for the mobility sector. Myself, and my team, have built a great environment with Azure identities, cloud-first, Microsoft Modern Workplace (Intune), and JAMF pro for MacOS over the last few years. The IT support contract with Capgemini needed to be renewed. Before renewal USG People wanted to make sure that their current ICT partner could deliver the architecture and service requirements for the coming years. I was ask give technical input the requirements. After all requirements were set I was hired to enable three selected IT companies to demonstrate their abilities. Their abilities were matched to the scenario and requirements set in advance. USG People selected Centric for the next phase.During the contract drafting phase with Centric I was hired to enable Centric to deliver a proof of concept for some parts of their solution. The proof of concept was validated and the results were used to draft the right solution in the contract with Centric. I was hired as project manager general infrastructure for the implementation the hybrid infrastructure that Centric has offered. The hybrid infrastructure consists of the Centric private cloud environment stretched to the Microsoft Azure/Office365 platform. I managed this project until the end of the build phase and start of the migration phase.

I have managed several ICT projects for USG People as a Project manager as well as technical consultant.During the migration to Capgemini some old infrastructure was left in the old PMO environment. Several years later it was still there. I was hired to manage the migration of functionality to the current environment and phase out old systems as well as closing down the old datacenter. The result was a controlled phase out of legacy infrastructure. Partners: Tele2 and Capgemi.Parts of the building in the HQ of USG People was renovated. During this renovation the main equipment room and one satellite equipment room had to be repositioned. I was hired to manage to set requirements for the new equipment room and to migrate all infrastructure without interrupting the ICT environment in the HQ. The environment was migrated without interruption. Partners: Tele2 and Capgemini.I was hired to manage the migrate the In-house managed corporate IT environment to the EY/Solvinity private cloud.USG People had selected a partner to build a service bus for back-end systems to third parties. I was Hired to manage the proof of concept phase, the delivery of the business case as wel as the delivery of the Project Initiation Document for implementation. The proof of concept met the requirements set. The business case was delivered and valid for the implementation. As a result I was hired for the implementation but when we were at 20% I was asked to be relieved because a new project at USGPeople needed all my attention.

Wetlands International is a global, non-profit organisation dedicated solely to the work of wetlands conservation as a contribution to biodiversity and sustainable development. We aim for wetland conservation to maintain the key values of these areas: local livelihoods, climate regulation, water provision and biodiversity.The organisation has a core staff of around 200 people in 16 offices worldwide. Wetlands International works with partners in government, NGO’s and the private sector and manages a large number of global level, multi-partner projects. Our work ranges from working at the grass roots level with community groups to advocacy at global conventions. The Ede office is the headquarters of the global organisation.Wetlands wants to improve its ICT facilities. There have been attempts to make a big step forward at once without sufficient success. As a result Wetlands has decided to hire external IT capacity (Me) with the assignment to implement a technology roadmap in order to take control of ICT developments. This roadmap is a tool to get more control over ICT related results, costs and time. The roadmap consists of small deliverables that will lead to an improved IT environment while reducing risk. The roadmap is a guideline that can be altered to service flexibility.Zwitch b.v. is the network organisation that has connected the Wetlands organisation to me.

Kader-IT Consultancy has migrated the network to the inhouse solution and delivers IT support to the Diephuis & van Kasteren organisation.Technical: Windows server, Microsoft Exchange, Procurve switching, Cisco firewalling and vpn.

Bia b.v. is the distributer of Komatsu in The Netherlands. Bia B.V. had implemented a network based on service based computing in 2009. The network was implemented as an integrated branch of the BIA network in Belgium. The organisation of BIA b.v. was restructured in 2010. Due to the different organisation structure and due to the poor reliability and performance of the network, BIA decided to replace the network.Koning ICT was asked to implement the new network. The new network is is based on Microsoft windows, Exchange, VMware vsphere 5 and linux. I managed the implementation of the new network on behalf of Koning ICT and BIA b.v..

Cijferz Accountants en Fiscalisten was founded in 2011 by a split up in another financial company. Cijferz needed a flexible infrastructure, suitable for remote working. The result of the proof of concept was not satisfactory. After the termination of the contract with the implementation party of this proof of concept Espero contracted Datamex for implementation of the ISAH7 solution. The new network is built and supported by an external party (Van Loon Lensen IT). My job was to keep the old IT organisation up and running untill migration was finalised. I also managed the migration project for the new IT platform. A.hak no longer has a central IT department. We temporary paused the implementation. I wrote an RFP. The ERP implementator was asked to make a fix price-fixed result offer on this RFP. The management validated the business case with this offer. After the go I managed the implementation with the ERP implementation company Acto.Technical: Acto easy project.

My role: Project manager for the IT platform migration. ERP consultant.The job: Van Berkel was demanding a higher level of IT service. The internal system manager needed support. An external party (Van Loon IT) implemented an new IT network. I was the project manager for this migration. During the migration the internal IT staff left the company. The migration shifted towards an outsourced IT solution.Van Berkel also worked with several ERP solutions. This made the company hard to manage. We've decided that there was need for a single integral ERP solution wich would support all the Van Berkel car dealerships.
