My combined experience of working in the NFP industry, running my own small to medium-size enterprise as well as working in the corporate sector has lead me to create my own Social Enterprise to empower partnership between SME's and grass-root charities.For 18 years I was involved with the Christina Noble Children's Foundation as a volunteer, fundraiser, director and in leadership roles. Reading Christina's personal story over 20 years ago, made a profound impact on me and my life compelling me to step up and get involved.Ancora Learning partnered with organisations to develop their key asset, their people. Working collaboratively and strategically with business leaders, L&D and the HR team to increase performance, enhance skills and develop strategies to increase the profitability of the organisation.
