I was one of the first hires for the global start-up and key contributor to set up many capabilities. I setup and lead recognized high performing team that consisted of ~10 persons located in 4 different countries working with the different functions. I defined our co-operation model, tools and processes with the stakeholders and partners from the scratch. I managed external partners including budgeting, contracts and relationship management and I facilitated our packaging sustainability strategy definition and managed all packaging sustainability reports. I onboarded multiple product development and manufacturing partners for our domain to work with our defined processes and tools. We delivered with good quality thousands of product configurations with this cost effective setup.Team responsibilities included managing for mobile phones and tablets product data definition to meet country and customer requirements in Finished Good BOM (Bill Of Materials), packaging design and user guide deliverables including localization together with our partners, defining software management tools and processes to secure correct software usage in the production, managing country certification and other type approval related activities, managing proto types globally to support product development and sell-in activities.In addition, acting as Occupational Health and Safety Manager in Finland. I set up company practices to comply with the requirements and focusing on preventive actions in this area.

This was unique opportunity to be able to be part of the company wide supply chain tool renewalproject. Product Manager for the team who developed tools for SW configuration and SW delivery to factory and after sales channels. Prioritization of the product backlog together with the Product Owner of the SW Customization scrum team. Product Manager for the new service that utilized different Azure products. I was part of the design phase, managed project schedule and required project documentation and worked as development team representative towards IT department during service development and deployment preparation phase. I owned change management activities towards the stakeholders. I was also part of the new Product Data Management tool deployment team mainly responsible for change communication and understanding change impact to surrounding IT systems to ensure business is not interrupted due to new tool deployment

In this role I was able to strengthen my experience working with the sales and marketing interface. Leading international team of ~10 persons located in 3 different continents. Responsible for providing technical support, instructions and trainings in mass customization area and taking care of tool and process deployments for our sales people located all over the world (Technical Sales). In addition, Lead Program Manager for Retail Demo eXperience, which was SW piece running in Lumia devices in retail stores. In this role I was technical support for Lumia marketing team. I was responsible for Lumia software and tooling capabilities and customer requirements management in this area ensuring SW is running smoothly with each new product

In addition, team included subcontractors and I was also responsible for subcontractor agreements, invoice approval and overall cost center budget follow up.

SW development team worked with mobile phones and developed tools for mass customization and enablers to customizate the software. Process was developed together with few product program sites. As a process owner I deployed new process for each product program site globally.

Responsible for customized software enablers to enable mobile operator variant creation for assigned product program.Enterprise Solutions unit representative in the new global customization tool program. I specified tool requirements, planned user acceptance testing sessions for our unit, tested tool myself and finally participated to tool deployment planning and execution in our unit. Tool was successfully deployed and used for years.

2006-2007: Responsible for creating customized software builds for mobile operators. Responsibilities also included testing of the build and releasing approved build to manufacturing. Accountable for the quality.2005-2006: Responsible for energy management and SIM Application Toolkit test areas. I defined test sets for different test phases and I run cases in laboratory environment as part of BAT round (Business Acceptance Testing).

I worked in different roles in the kitchen and behind the cash desk during the years. This was a very good learning opportunity for the good customer service.Keyword: Customer service

As a summer trainee I was responsible for creating guidance how to customize communicator software for mobile operators. I was also responsible for creating software packages for customer care centers located all over the world.As a trainee, I was part of the functional test team running tests for communicators.Keyword: Testing
