Consulting Project Manager
I am a professional IT Project Manager. My main duties have been related to different kind of programs and projects e.g. in Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), Fujitsu Services and OP Bank Group. In my last positions I worked as a Consultant Project Manager in several infra transformation projects of the public sector. Most of my projects have been SW projects for different business sectors. In addition to leading projects I’ve worked as a Roll-out Manager, IT Service Manager and IT Resourcing Manager. Before my Project Manager career I worked 10 years for Pohjola Systeemipalvelu as a SW Designer in different projects in which I defined, planned, composed and tested programs.Most of my projects have been global and multi supplier projects, in which my main duties have been budgeting, planning, cost and work estimating, leading, risk management, change management and reporting. Scrum/agile has been the most common method used in my SW projects during last 10 years. The teamwork is my strong talent. I am cooperative, consulting, efficient and target oriented person. I have an open mindset for new approaches and I adopt quickly main points in every stage.At Kumura we have cared about people and projects since 2006. We are professionals of management of ICT change and projects. We successfully lead the most demanding ICT projects to the desired destination with you. Because projects are meant to be successful! We grew as a company in summer 2020, when project management consulting companies Pasaati, Kumura and Digioiva merged together to Kumura Oy. Nowadays we operate nationally where ever needed, our project professionals operate all over Finland. In February 2022, we joined forces with Adapro (formerly known Project Institute Finland). Our consortium is Finland's largest expert organization for the development of project management and the management of ICT projects. Adapro’s core competence is development of project expertise and management.
