Chair 2015 - 2017Member 2014-2019Board Liaison 2012-2014In 2011, I individually revived and reorganized the USA Fencing National Youth Patch program that recognizes the athletic achievements and efforts of Youth 10, Youth 12, and Youth 14 fencers at the National level. I established a sustainable and cost efficient program that focused on a streamlined process, the management of resources and developing robust personal relationships with vendors.I created professional vector artwork templates in a recognized file format used by the vendors.In 2013, I created new original patch designs for the Regional Youth Patch.In 2016 I created a new original patch design National Youth Patches that incorporated USA Fencing's updated logo.In 2016, I created new original patch designs for the Regional Junior and Cadet Patch with USA Fencing's updated logo.The Patch program is the most popular recognition program within USA Fencing. The original National Patch Program has now expanded as the USA Fencing National and Regional Patch Program that recognizes the athletic achievements and efforts on both the Regional and National level and includes fencers in the U20 and U17 age group.I am most proud of being able to make a difference for so many fencers and their families at the developmental and grass-roots level while strengthening a long term relationship with the fencing community and the USA Fencing organization.

• I was principal to Tesla Motors’ presence at the 2014 Portland Oregon JO’s. I initiated contact with Tesla Motors and worked with the National Office to facilitate Tesla Motors participation.• I worked diligently with the BOD to significantly reduce USA Fencing’s debt within two years. $890,000 of debt was retired in the first two years.• The remaining debt that was over $1,000,000.00 was satisfied in the next 2 years and USA Fencing was in the black for the first time in many years.• I worked constructively with the BOD to enable USA Fencing to receive it’s first positive USOC audit in 7 years, removing USA Fencing as a concern during the audit process.• I was instrumental in reviving the Youth Nat’l Award Patch program by streamlining the resources and ordering process so that is effcient, cost effective, sustainable, and does not tax the time resources of our National Office.

Instrumental in creating a FIRST Robotics Club, empowering students to problem solve and win Texas Championship for Mechanical Design. Researched and analyzed Math and Science Curriculum standards compared to surrounding Catholic Schools with focus on improving individual student performance and market competitiveness.Started and organized the Chess Club.
