Responsible for the management of confidential disclosure, consulting, license, sponsored research, material transfer, evaluation, collaboration, and master services agreements associated with Vertex's external global research and preclinical development efforts.

Reviewed and negotiated all Material Transfer Agreements associated with the external transfer of DFCI research materials. Managed department invention database and processed all faculty invention disclosures. Managed reporting of all federally funded DFCI Intellectual Property via iEdison.
