Chief Operating Officer
Current- Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO, providing operational support and leadership on special projects, as well as assisting with annual strategic planning for the company. - Support team members to ensure they have the tools they need to successfully support clients and develop professionally. - Oversee and develop positive client relationships during all aspects of client management, including: on-boarding and integration, strategic development, Board of Director transition, and contract renewal. - Ensure long-term partnerships and happy Boards of Directors by partnering with team members to develop creative solutions for member growth and retention, organizational growth, and create additional revenue streams for the organization. - Develop policies and procedures related to client management and internal client operations, including data-driven methods of evaluation.
