A bit about me 👩I am one of the lucky ones I honesty love what I do every day. ❤People are any organizations most important asset, with HR being at the heart of the organization pumping life into the design and care of the everchanging processes that allow an organization to run compliantly. HR processes are impacted by anything & everything and have evolved significantly since I started out (19+ years ago) which only adds to the beauty of it. Strategy and processes can be completely altered by changes in technology, legislation, case law and the external environment not to mention how the differences in company values and cultures also play a part. You need to have your ear to the ground and ability to react at a moment’s notice and build working relationships based on mutual trust and respect that support the good times and the bad. As a creative and solutions orientated person it is the perfect combination of a challenging and rewarding career teaching me skills that have come in extremely useful with juggling my two sporty children and my career.
