I am rated "highly effective" and "innovative" at engaging students of widely varying skills and backgrounds and successfully preparing students for state assessments, including the famously challenging F.A.S.T., as well as college admissions assessments including the SAT, ACT, and AP examinations.

I serve as a private consultant to families with children learning online. Distance learning was my fascination and passion long before it became a pandemic-induced necessity. Supervising school at home simply was not in the plan for many families suddenly forced to make it work. I am committed to providing affordable, realistic solutions for at-home school success. My services include assistance with technical problems, behavior challenges, special needs advocacy / IEP management, organization, and social connectedness. I also provide synchronous social activities for students grades Pre-K to 12.

I co-wrote the site technology plan and chaired the Student Technology Skills Assessment Committee. I also was fortunate to participate in the Freshmen Rotational Group Pilot Program aimed at increasing freshmen participation and pass rates across subjects. I served as Junior Class Advisor, Mock Government Club Advisor, and Poetry Club Advisor. Most importantly, I made life-long connections with colleagues and students.
