Currently completing my Cardiac Rehab Phase 4 qualification, recently completed an Exercise Referral Scheme which will start at Rolls-Royce Fitness Centre in the summer.As well as being the manager, I like to keep a hands on approach and be on the gym floor, personal training and interacting with members. I also teach numerous fitness classes such as Fight Klub, Spinning, Boxercise, Insanity, Body Pump and Kettlebell.
