As a Candidate Resourcer with Triangle Recruitment my role included searching for candidates to fill roles that we represent on behalf of our clients. I supported Recruitment Consultants from both Triangle Recruitment and FreightWise Personnel in candidate gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. Triangle Recruitment represents a wide variety of roles and clients across all industries. Therefore, I have an in depth knowledge of recruiting for vastly different roles. I am able to identify, attract and shortlist candidates as my part of the recruitment process in order to fulfil all requirements of the job brief. Additionally, I was in charge of running the marketing and social media (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) for Triangle Recruitment, Source HR & Recruitment and FreightWise Personnel as well as overseeing the social media activity for all businesses in the Alpha Recruitment Group. I use these mediums for social marketing as well as social media recruiting.
