As part of the EnergySys team, Kirsty is involved with:Creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies that support the delivery of the overall business objectives Putting in place, manage and regularly reviewing a sales and marketing process that achieves the growth targets of the business Generating partner strategies, including identifying, targeting and onboarding new partners Budgeting, forecasting and reportingEnsuring the efforts of the marketing team, including external agencies, are aligned with the long-term plans, short-term goals and activities, and targets and deadlines across the function In consultation with others, specify and implement sales and marketing tools that will support the team’s efforts Assisting, as required, in the development of Tenders and Proposals for identified sales prospects In consultation with the Board, defining and managing the EnergySys brand and ensure consistency across messaging, graphics, product and supporting materials Ensuring that the various marketing materials, including the website, brochures, and graphics, are of a consistently high standard Managing the sales and marketing aspects of the company’s relationship with Partners, assisting in the development of joint pursuit strategies, sales and marketing materials, and sales and marketing activitiesManaging and mentoring the Marketing team to ensure that they work efficiently and effectively, and are trained in line with their own career goals Kirsty also has experience with Blue Ocean strategy and the Challenger Sales process.
