Designer with focus on tenant improvement projects. I worked closely with brokers, building owners and property managers to provide full design services for multiple office building locations throughout the greater Denver Area. Design services included; programming, space planning, square footage calculations, lease exhibits, contract documents, construction administration and furniture selections. As the sole designer on most projects, I was also responsible for developing fees and writing contracts for clients and consultants.
