At present we are working with STEM for Girls Project in 24 schools with supported by IBM CSR, and we are working with farmers in Patan district with supported by Reliance Foundation. We will take CSR project for development work.

From last four year I am heartily involved in Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) area. As Project Director. I directed BBS interventions at various corporate like Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd, Tata Steel Orissa at Joda. Presently I committed to create "0" harm situation and develop a safety culture where ever high level risk in corporate sector through behavioral transformation.
