Kirti is a learning designer with over 15 years of experience working with learners of all ages. She specializes in developing traditional and digital curriculum that is grounded in learning science and design thinking. After completing her masters in Learning Design and Technology from Stanford University, Kirti co-founded Imagination Supply Co. which is an education start-up focused on STEM learning. In her current role, Kirti wears many different hats including product design, sales and marketing and partner/vendor management (customer success). Previously, Kirti worked as a Customer Success Program Manager at Salesforce, where she developed e-learning (webinars, articles and assessments) for small and medium sized businesses. Her primary focus was scalability and user experience. Kirti began her career at Google as an early member of the AdWords team. She was instrumental in launching AdWords' consumer operations as an expat in India. She also created new hire training programs for Asia Pacific and Latin America. She developed and managed community, partner and user operations for Google’s free municipal WIFI in Mountain View. Kirti also holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MA in Education from Stanford University.
