Senior Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentProvide HR Business Partner and compliance assistance to over 80 companies from the technology, construction, SaaS, food service, manufacturing, higher education and professional sectors. Work with owners, CEOs, partners and managers to ensure adherence to state and federal wage and hour, safety, leave, FMLA, ADA, EEOC and any other regulations that apply. Create policies, handbooks, and training as needed. Maintain knowledge of state HR regulations in all 50 states.- Specialize in California HR regulations and compliance- Present company-wide basic, intermediate and advanced Excel training for 20+ employees- Train client managers and supervisors on harassment prevention, leadership skills, and disciplinary procedures- Review and update employee handbooks and stand alone policies for compliance- Serve as the Employee Wellness committee chair and create engaging employee wellness content and activities
