Inspection, supervision and progress monitoring of construction works as per design drawings and specifications.►Controlling the quality and workmanship of all the activities on site. Adhere to implementing QA/QC procedure as approved and set out in the Project Management Plan.►Responsible to carry out overall general routine site inspection as well as inspection on request by the contractor for all the construction & installation activities on site and verify compliance with approved drawings and specification..

Understand the terms & conditions of contract and strategies Risk Management Plan with expertise from the internal stakeholders of the project-Review the soil report & study the approved drawings in conformance to the existing site conditions.-Thoroughly Study the Project Requirements & Specifications so as to deliver agile results.-Solicit RFI documents, method statements from the suppliers to submit and receive the approvals of all materials from the consultant.-Co-ordination of all site activities as per planned schedule-Co-ordinate shop drawings from various sub-contractors to be approved by the consultant before execution.-Manage the site works so as to ensure Quality & conformance to approved materials, specification, BOQ, schedule, budget and as per approved drawings.-Review the quantities of work done and approve the running bills of sub-contractors.-Take off Quantities and notify any variations from the BOQ-Prepare Material request, Monitor LPO’s & ensure the delivery of any material and machineries on time.(Control Inventory according to site Yard Facilities)-Prepare weekly Look Ahead Program, review and reiterate the resources according to the look ahead program.-Obtain Sample Approvals and demonstrate the mock sample of approvals to the client before starting of any activity.- Identify any missing scope from BOQ and notify the same to change control system before execution.- Ensure project objectives are achieved and projects move forward in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.

To check daily activities (Survey, Reinforcement, Shuttering, Concreting, Masonry and Finishing works) at the site.- To take photos of each detailed works completed at critical stages of construction.- To keep track of payments for the Contractors.- To maintain timesheets of sub-ordinates.- To update work progress to the project manager on a daily basis. - To understand fully each subcontractor’s qualifications, ability and works during project.- Verify and instruct sub-contract to do well their job as specified in the drawing and specifications.- Quantity survey and make a BOQ for preparing RFQ documents.- Checking sub-contractor quantities and the claims.- Verify supplier’s Mill certificate to ensure record the quality of materials dispatched at site.
