To be the Food Safety team leader in the farm.Assist the Factory Manager in planning, recruiting, training, termination and administration of factory unionisable labour in accordance with the current Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Employment Act.Responsible for cleanliness, good hygiene and housekeeping of the entire factory including the surrounding compound.Ensure that all machinery is adequately guarded and is safe in conjunction with the Factory Manager.Check and confirm that all wage earners are correctly allocated, recorded and that there are no irregularities in wages and overtime payments.In liaison with the Factory Manager estimate and cost all factory manufacturing processes and run operations with allocated budget.Supervise factory workshop and the repair, maintenance of plant, machinery equipment and buildings.Prepare accurate factory periodic reports and returns to ensure deadlines are met.Check all stocks of equipment and to maintain accurate records.Participate in preparation of factory annual budgets and forecasts.Ensure correct data entry into the Tea Tracking System and generation of accurate records and or reports/returns in addition to packing, invoicing, shipping documents for dispatch of tea, movement permits and Governments returns.EASTERN PRODUCE KENYA- FACTORY UNIT OPERATOR   at Kapsumbeiwa Factory as from 4th March 2014 to 30th December 2015 on a fixed term basis.
