Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.Responsible for entire Recruitment activities (sourcing, short listing, scheduling, negotiating, interviewing candidates and making final offer and follow up until candidate joins organization).Initial screening of candidates over telephone to check their Communication Skills, Tech skills, Soft skills & suitability for the positionProviding feedback & Following up with the Clients & candidatesResponsible for the Negotiation of CTC and joining date Issues with the offered Candidates.Resource generation through database, headhunting, Job Portals, Networking, referrals etc.Worked closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to qualify requirements, understand requirements.Working on different kinds of IT requirements.Work with Account Managers/Tier vendors to fully understand client requirements.Email campaign to a pool of vendors and candidates.Work with VIRTAL NETWORX INC on C2C.Networking through LinkedIn, internal database and job boards such as Monster, Dice and CareerBuilder as well as referrals.Coordinate the interviews.Coach and prepare candidates through the client interview process.To arrange the interview and to ensure the availability of the consultant for the same.To remain in touch regularly with the client, consultant, employer and the sales manager with the updates and development.Formatting the resume of the consultant in a professional way before submitting to Clients.Keeping Track of Responses & Short listing Profiles.
