Requirements & Change Management
Current• Handling requirements management for documenting, analyzing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements so that engineering teams always have current and approved requirements.• Knowledge of PDM/PLM system, Engineering change management and BOM creation in PDM.• Periodic import of requirements from Jira to DOORS.• Collect and record internal functional and nonfunctional requirements in DOORS.• Requirements are assessed against contract commitments in DOORS.• Review of requirement assessment with the requirement engineering lead.• Determine if the requirements is CRQ and initiate change request process for CRQ’s.• Interface with hardware team, software teams, mechanical, production and customers on need basis to discuss the dependencies/risks/validity of requirements.• Baseline requirements.• Shall ensure that all risks/dependencies related to requirements are identified and mitigated/action planned and tracked• Assign requirements to correct PO.• Contribute towards continuous process improvement for requirement engineering.• Requirements are recorded in DOORS & Jira• Assess the requirements against contract commitments & customer requirement specifications and capture the requirements in DOORS as customer requirement specification.• Weekly reporting of requirement engineering progress and roll out of dashboard.
