Relays all pertinent data and necessary follow up when needed.• Communicates staffing issues and concerns with Director of Nursing and Clinical Mangers.• Relays appropriate accurate and complete resident information to physicians.• Strong supervision, leadership, critical thinking, time management, communication, and delegation skills
