My name is Kisar Dhillon, and I have been passionate about health and fitness since I entered the industry in 1997. With a BS in Kinesiology and an MBA, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering people through fitness. In 2002, I launched my first in-home personal training business in Orange County, CA, marking the start of an incredible journey.In 2011, I relocated to the Pacific Northwest and founded the Art of Personal Training, which grew into a thriving studio with a dedicated team of 7, serving Portland, Oregon until 2020. Building on this momentum, I opened Burntown Fitness in Vancouver, Washington in 2017. Initially a group fitness studio, it quickly evolved into a private personal training studio in response to client needs, reflecting my commitment to providing personalized, impactful training experiences.With over 30,000 hours of training experience, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives through fitness. This career has brought incredible clients and memories, and each day only strengthens my passion. When I look back on my journey, I’m proud to have followed my purpose in helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
