• Development of the marketing strategies for LNG and condensate for short/mid-term sales• LNG SPA/MSA contract management and implementation from the beginning of the commercial operations of the project• Creation and management of the business process for administration of the condensate sales (i.e. setup of sales process, creation of the contract documentation, engagement with prospective buyers);• Development of a methodology of breaking down the value chain and netback analysis;• Coordination of development of IT system for scheduling and planning of the LNG/condensate cargo delivery chain and material balance accounting;• Development of a planning and scheduling tool (in VBA/Excel) to facilitate loadings before the IT system is deployed.

• Project lead in the study to identify risks, opportunities related to various configuration of the LNG tanker fleet. The project included development of the project scope, verification and validation of the supply chain simulation model and analysis of the various scenarios. The project allowed to understand the consequences of potential choices and to form an investment decision;• Lead a team of four people: identifying tasks and goals, work quality control, development of the core competencies;• Data collection, analysis and interpretation.
