Design, specification and procurement for PLC based control systems and instrumentation requirements for waste water treatment plants using membrane technology throughout the world including Europe, Middle East, Russia, India, SE Asia . A major part of the work has been for the MDF industry but also projects for Shell and Amec to treat produced water and surface water on gas production facilities onshore and offshore. Design, specification and procurement of electrical power distribution systems for waste water treatment plants including lighting and heating services. Scope of works includes working in non hazardous and hazardous zones supplying suitable equipment with appropriate ATEX certification.Management and maintenance of IT Network system for up to 12 users including managing backups and problem solving and tuition.In house responsibility for asset management of electrical appliances including regular PAT testing and maintenance of the electrical appliances.
