I have joined the organization ("SARAZA") in pre opening stage. Here I am responsible for all the HR related activities starting from recruiting candidates from various references, agency's to retaining them. And our management team is also good, and very supportive. We always try to help our staff and solve their issues. And always make them feel better. We always create a safe and secure environment for our staff so that they can give their best performance. And in HR Department I am Handling two subordinates. So we are three in a team of Human Resources Department. "SARAZA" a unit of Cuisinec Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is a Modern Indian Fine Dine restaurant with Molecular Gastronomical food. The restaurant is represented by one of the Celebrity chef of India. And we are having good and experienced team with us. All the operations are followed as per standards.

My roles and responsibilities are as under:1. Responsible for update, check and collect day to day attendance sheet, OT sheet, leave application, bio-metric report, and payroll software and compare it with standard manpower allocation.2. Responsible for the joining formalities PF formalities, documentation process of all employees.3. Managing labor at production line and frequency of absenteeism of labors.4. Responsible for hygiene and housekeeping activities at factory premises and report if any untoward activity to supervisor.5. Responsible for payroll activities, record keeping of all HR related documents.6. Doing performance appraisal activities at every level of firm.

My roles and responsibilities are as under:1. Understand the client’s requirement.2. Understand the profile and required competencies for the profile.3. Find an appropriate and suitable candidate from job portal4. Taking a first round of interview.5. Compare the candidate profile to the clients required profile.6. Short listing of the good candidate.7. Send the short listed candidate profile to the clients for the further process.
