• Partner with Ariba Team Seller Integrator, Supplier and SAP Consultant to enable Supplier in Ariba Network based on the mode of Enablement. PO Flip (Enterprise and Standard), Integration Direct and Indirect.• Work on Global Spend Report Data Collection to Analyze Data, identify potential Supplier, Prepare VUF and send to Ariba Team to upload Supplier profile Map Vendor Id and ANID of the Supplier.• Conduct Supplier Summit functional training for vendors and provide a demo on how to transact in Ariba.• Responsible to send timely communications such as PNL, Go-live to Business and Suppliers.• Schedule go-live date and perform cut over activity (Update Tables in SAP) and provide hyper care support.• Built B2B Integration Template to easy track the tasks to be performed during Testing and Integration Phase.• Adopted and Implemented Buyer Funded Process provide “Free Pass” to Supplier to transact on Ariba Network.• Developed Failed Invoices Monitor Project which helps in recognizing Failed Invoices, do RCA and fix solution.

• Partner with IT ERP Purchasing Team and Ariba to execute Supplier Enablement tasks and Activities.• Responsible to coordinate and send communications related to Supplier Enablement.• Address enquiries of suppliers, stake holders and internal teams such as buying, invoicing, payments.• Monitor and find the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) coordinate and organize meetings with internal teams and work on process improvements to avoid recurring error in near future.• Supervise & update Master Guides and upload in share point to have updated guide for reference.

• Associated with Procurement team to support the Basic and advanced procurement’s (PTP) activities.• Creating shopping carts through appropriate catalogue in EBP/SRM/EIS, updating in SNOW and following the approvals.• Shopping cart and Purchase Order creation, issuance, change and cancellation.
