As a commercial lines producer, I focus my efforts in deeply understanding my client’s business processes, risks, and exposures --so I can provide them with the best integrated, comprehensive insurance program that mitigates all of their potential risks. I stay in touch with my client’s throughout the year to ensure that there haven’t been any unexpected changes to the business that would prompt any mid-course corrections. In addition, I annually review all my client’s files and advise them on any gaps in their current coverage and offer solutions to those gaps, as well as provide alternative’s to their current policies—if I believe I can meet their insurance needs at a better value.From my experience, many insurance brokers rest on their laurels in this industry. They believe that once they have built a relationship, their client will never leave them. They count on those renewals year after year. I believe in building relationships, understanding the current needs of my clients and their business and proactively providing them with new solutions that will better cover their risk exposures and provide them with the most value for years to come.The way I do business is very important to me. Coming from a long career in IT security, I understand the responsibility that CEOs have given me to ensure that they can sleep at night knowing that their network would not be down in the morning to disrupt production or a hacker would not be able to steal confidential information that could destroy their business. I believe I have an even greater responsibility to my clients as a trusted broker to not only be able to advise them on all their potential risks exposures (both common and less obvious), but to find the best program/coverage to ensure they are protected at the best possible value.
