Real Estate:- Hari has been involved in the operational transformation of major Real Estate developers, covering their regional operations. - Hari has been involved in analysing and recommending improvements across all operations. Retail:- Hari project managed the transformation of the procure-to-pay function of a leading luxury retailer in the region. Key highlights of Hari’s experience: - Hari was part of a multinational team which managed a ~8 month long business transformation project for a semi government entity. His particular focus was on setting up HR shared services and liaising with IT team for developing supporting technology. He was also intensely involved in training and change management to support the transformation.- Hari was instrumental in winning and executing the organisational re-design for a major transportation company in the UAE.- He has also been involved in developing various policies and procedures across industries for Finance, HR and procurement functions. Notably, he has project managed the job evaluation and skills assessment for a federal government entity.- He has also been involved in managing the business process improvement of support functions, leading to cost savings of ~AED 1 MN
