- Play the role of a technology consultant to clients.- Aware the clients regarding advantages and profits of the latest technologies and solutions and Strongly positioning PTC suites of solutions- Visit client site to understand client business, technical environment including existing pain points and challenges faced by client & prospects.- Preparing technical Demo as per client design process in Creo software, & Add on tools such as AAX, FMX, AFX, Simulate, PCX etc...- Providing technical solutions on Pro|ENGNIEER and,Creo Parametric.- Help the customers solve their technical queries and issues in PTC CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.- Provide Technical Training on Creo Parametric.- Working on Outsourcing Projects of Simulation, Drafting Automation, Drawing,Build Design Templates.

• Assist all shop floor work and manufacture New Products as per customer requirement.• RFQ Feasibility• Vendor Development.• New Product APQP meeting & Product process route define• Material inventory and material management for inline processes to achieve Customer satisfaction.• Raw Material, Tools, Fixtures, Gauges Procurement.• Production Trial runs conducting for sample with all stage completion.• Sample approval and production run for PPAP batch with all stage completion.• Feedback assessment & Corrective Action from customer.• Prepare system documents like PFMEA, CSRM, PPAP, and APQP.• Successfully Develop MERCEDES BENZ’s Six parts, MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA Seven parts, TATA Motors Nine Parts and Two parts of VECV & HORBIGER.• Involvements in Pokka-Yoke, Kaizen, TPM, Benchmark Teardown Activities.
