I am an engineer turned entrepreneur and a product manager, with more than 10 years of experience in software product development. I have over 6 years of experience building products from ideation to prototypes and through the full product lifecycle, collaborating with UX, engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, business leadership, and financial stakeholders. I learned to recruit, built high performing teams, mentored, managed, and led engineering and product teams for the past few years.As the first Product Manager at OnsiteIQ, I built an "Uber-like" on-demand service management system from 0 - 1 that scaled from a single market to over 50 major metro markets and over 15,000 zip codes. As the Head of Product & Engineering at OnsiteIQ, I built and led Product and Engineering teams that grew the company's proprietary visual documentation platform from a few customers to over 80 paying SMB and enterprise customers. My product vision and strategic direction was instrumental helping to leverage over 1 Billion construction images using machine learning and AI technology to expand the product offering that enabled the growth of top-line revenue 2.5x YoY and additional revenue that grew 5x YoY. As a software engineer both in insurance industry and in bio technology, I learned the fundamentals of building software from scratch and the challenges that comes with it. The experience as an engineer helped me to build empathy towards both the customer as well as the hard-work and grind of engineering something out of nothing. This was instrumental in my career as a Product Leader to understand both sides of the equation when building products that are customer driven and not wasting valuable engineering resources.
