Kishi is a multidisciplinary mission director who can cover various communication channels to find pathways for the better future. Kishi started making independent films in university while studying oriental philosophy. After the graduation he spent 10 years as a TV commercials director at TYO inc in Tokyo directing Ads for brands such as Coca-cola, DirecTV, NTT, Nissan, but on the other hand, he has also started directing online advertisements from 1995. In 2003 he started up the interactive production company TYO Interactive Design Inc as a founder / creative director. Various achievements in digital works for many national brands he moved to London and joined UNIT9 as creative director in 2006 and started working on the UK / Europe and international brands such as Sony, Samsung, Comcast, Lipton, Pepsi, Lexus, Captain Morgan, Ford, and Axe. Both oriental and western cultural understanding make his works so eclectic and robust that to communicate very well to the broader online audience despite of different cultural backgrounds. In November 2014, he moved to Singapore to extend his journey to explore Asian culture even deeper.In 2016, he came back to Tokyo again to continue his journey. He has recently moved his place to AOI TYO Holdings and established the new R&D team called Pathfinder - a Quality of Life Studio - to seek the new meaningful business areas for the near future in a spirit of “creating the better and happier connections between people and the society.”He also oversee the company's global partnership and network in ASEAN countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, India and others. From 2021, he started the new team called Third with combining Pathfinder and TYO producers, to accelerate launching projects.He has received many international awards, including three Gold and a Silver pencil at the One Show, a Gold Cyber Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Awards, a Bronze at the New York Festivals as well as a prestigious Good Design Award in Japan.
