Targeting a challenging role to manage Development and Construction Projects. Synopsis.Am a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in infrastructure development. My expertise encompasses various aspects of civil engineering, including highways, airport engineering, metro-rail, buildings, and smart city projects. With over a decade spent working with contractors and nearly 15 years with consultants, I have accumulated extensive experience in managing complex constructions, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget.My journey in civil engineering began with the construction and supervision of state highways and national highways in Karnataka. Subsequently, I undertook significant projects such as the Dharwad-Belgaum section NH4 NHAI project, the Dubai Metro Rail in the UAE, maintenance work at the Mumbai International Airport, and the Upgradation of airstrips in Saifai Etawah. I also contributed to the construction of two lanes in Jalingo, Nigeria, and worked on projects under the DBFOT basis in the State of Kerala. Additionally, I provided PMC services for SHDP works in Bellary and supervised the STI&RM of the Garamore to Samakhiyali section of NH-8A in Gujarat NHAI. For the past 8 years, I have served as the Employer’s Engineer for supervision works in Dholera, Gujarat.Throughout my career, I have actively contributed to business development, execution, and project management, undertaking responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, estimating, value engineering, and cost control. I am proficient in FIDIC contracts, project estimation, BOQ preparation, IPC & claims checking, and overall project monitoring. My leadership skills have played a crucial role in effectively managing teams of engineers, site managers, QA/QC professionals, and clients, contractors, & subcontractors.I hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Karnataka University (1998) and recently completed my M Tech in Civil (Transportation Engineering) from Parul Institute of Engineering & Technology, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, in 21- 2022.My diverse experience across different countries, dealing with varying climatic conditions I actively participate in training programs, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
