 Excellent understanding of Solid Works Strong knowledge base and concepts clarity and manufacturing processes  Experience in working with plastic and sheet metal parts, Enclosure design etc. Good knowledge in Manufacturing/ Prototyping processes, Engineering materials etc. Design / development of Electro-mechanical products for industrial and consumer market. Involved development of design concepts, till manufacturing transfer through proto development and testing. Creation of manufacturing drawings, BOMs and assembly instruction documents.

 Creating & developing 3D Model, Detailing and mould assembly . Preparing the drawings for manufacturing as per customer standards. Preparing BOM (Bill of material)  Forwarding the drawings to the manufacturing process. Preparation of process chart for Injection Mould
