Sales Vs Product Analysis➢ Identifying cost saving initiatives and implementing it on supply chain level.➢ Monitor stock requirements & forecast on a monthly basis and movement, keep track of supplier order cycles➢ Manage Procurement for 23 stores across UAE and E-commerce division orders ➢ Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.➢ Reviewing and analyzing vendors supply, price, service and potential future development➢ Market analysis on key products and follow up on price fluctuations and availability ➢ Preparing MIS, reviewing on time with respective departments and reporting to the top management on the same.
