6+ years of experience in Electrical system design & detail engineering in Cement, Mining, pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas industries.• Detail study of project specification, design standards, technical scope and executing projects accordingly.• Preparing overall key SLD, Auxiliary AC/ DC SLD & protection SLD.• Designing calculations including transformer sizing (Power & Distribution), Battery and UPS sizing, DG sizing, earthing calculation, HT/LT cable sizing, cable tray sizing, lighting, lightning calculation.• Technical Bid Evaluation of the vendor’s offers, reviewing documents and clearing for ordering.• Vendor drawing review for control & protection panels, Transformer, GIS, MV switchgear, LV Switchgear, Battery / UPS system, busduct, NGR, Switchyard equipment’s etc.• Preparing data sheet, detailed SLD, GA & scheme of HT GIS & AIS switchgear, LT switchgear, control & protection panel.• Preparation of cable schedule & interconnection termination schedule• Design preparing and reviewing of indoor and outdoor electrical equipment layout, cable routing which includes trench, cable tray/ladder and conduit routing, lighting layout, earthing & lightning layout.• Detailed BOM preparation, review of detail engineering deliverable and submission of all engineering documents as per the project schedule.• Coordination with client, vendors, inter-discipline during detail engineering to deliver the project on time.• Preparing engineering schedule in line with agreed document deliverable list matching engineering portion of project schedule.• As-built documentation as per project schedule and supporting site team for erection & commissioning.• Experience in review of civil and electrical interface drawings for construction.• Proficient with the use of AutoCAD 2D & MS Office for drawing preparation & BOM preparation.• Proficient with the use of E-TAP electrical software for fault level analysis.
