Being an Academic validator, I wasn't only doing English to Kannada translation but also App testing, and escalating the issues found in the organisation's Apps to the relevant team to resolve them with JIRA confluence. UAT, CIT and Sanity were also the most common works. When it comes to the Non-QB part, working with cross-functional teams was routine.

Effectively handled a DTP team, which worked with the content creation team for competitive exams. Where I was managing their day-to-day tasks, setting targets based on work, train the team to maintain to reach optimum work quality, and reporting the daily outputs to the authority. Also, performing QC and proofreading to ensure quality is not compromised.
