 The complete construction, erection, commissioning and site operations and maintenance in behalf of the Client : For Gold Plant : Ball-Mills Crusher, conveyors, tanks (1000m3-2000m3), James Table. Falcon (Gravity separator), Thickener, ETP, Agitators, blower, Slurry Pumps. Flotation Cell for Gold Plant. For Gold MINE : MINE EQUIPMENTS, installation of wider, Head gear, Compressor. Wet and dry rock drill Machine (Rock well and Atlas Copaco), Underground mining pumps, Diamond (Core) drilling machine etc.  Additionally managed materials planning and plant spares indenting for central store, organizing Training programs for engineering students.  Maintenance and Trouble Shooting Operation of all above equipments

1. Administered preventive maintenance, breakdown and repairs of the following equipment at Single super phosphate fertilizer Plant(800 TPD) for: Crane (7MT), Mixer, Den, Ball mill (25MT), Blower, Compressor (Rotary and reciprocating), Rotary Drum, Bucket Elevator, Bagging Machine, Slate conveyor, Belt conveyor. Dryer, Graphite cooler, Scrubber ,ID Fan, FD Fan, Centrifugal Pumps, Pipe line welding (lade, PP, HDPE,MS, SS), maintenance of sulfuric Acid pump, Slurry pump, Water line pump etc2. Handled maintenance function at Sulphuric Acid Plant (230TPD) for: Crusher, Belt conveyor, Roaster (Furnace), blower, pre- heater, super heater, boiler feed pump and circulation pump, boiler, turbine, root blower, scavenger, PIV. Burner for roaster, LDO pumps, vertical acid pump, converter, SO2 blower, chimney fan, ESP, DM plant, and equipment of cooling tower. Distinction of ensuring smooth running of the plan, analysis of break down time and NDT Test. Significantly reduced the breakdown time and conducted daily inspection of plant and crew. Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance / overhauling / repair schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and long term equipment reliability.  Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.  Ensuring all the machineries work efficiently by conducting timely checks & measure.
