1. Primarily handling customer account for Bharti Airtel Ltd as an Account Manager for Ribbon Communications (Formerly - ECI Telecom) for all NW escalation requests 2. Handling & managing network outages in Bharti NW, providing technical RCA wherever mandatory.3. Chairing weekly meetings & monthly ORMs for detailed discussions on NW issues,SLA maintenance, new requests wrt NW handling improvements with NOC Managers & other stakeholders4. Working & interacting extensively with the customer to understand their technical needs/requests/feature requirements for betterment of NW handling & accordingly giving appropriate feedback to T3/RnD/PLMs for necessary SW/HW enhancements in product5. Co-ordinating & also guiding T2 TAC engineers for NW cases resolution within SLA & also co-ordinating with T3/RnD teams for Critical NW issue resolutions/to report product bugs observed while handling NW scenarios & further following up with them to get the bugs fixed through relevant solutions(SW patch/HW ECNs) 6. Working in lab environment for the simulations of typical customer NW scenarios to get the issue reproduced in CLT & accordingly taking up with T3/RnD by providing live problematic scenarios to further troubleshoot for RC & solution7. Involving with different vendor TAC alongwith NOC Managers for intervendor interop issues to understand E2E NW scenario & accordingly working with backend for problem resolution.8. Conducting review meetings with T3/RnD for discussions on PRs/CRs opened to make them understand the criticality of the issue & its scope in customer’s NW in order to prioritize Critical requests for an early resolution of PR/CR through possible SW/HW solutions9. 1. Order Fulfillment for multiple services of Tata Communications namely ILL,VPN,NPLC,IPLC,VOICE etc.2. Maintaining the existing DCN connectivity for network equipment reachability and planning as well as execution of DCN for new NEs getting integrated in network.3. Ethernet level provisioning, upgradations & troubleshooting.4. Planned Events (PE) execution for circuits-node migrations for bandwidth optimization, also urgent traffic routing in case of node or ring failures etc. in co-ordination with different operation teams.5. Coordination with different vendor TAC teams for major equipmet related issues.6. 1. Installation, Commissioning, Integration and Acceptance testing and of SDH Transport Equipment for STM-1, STM-4, STM-16 fiber rings from TEJAS,ECI.2. Provisioning of E1,Ethernet connections & observing the alarms in the network (NMS).3. Provisioning suitable configuration of transport media for effective utilization of the equipment .4. Network Monitoring of various Equipments like TEJAS, ECI in the NMS section.5. Taking care of POI connectivity.6.
