 Maintenance of Books of Accounts in Tally & ERP. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' and payables' data. Taking care of monthly close including reconciliations, accruals, deferrals and journal entries. Responsible for preparation and validation of Monthly & Yearly reports. Payment, Collection and Inventory Management. Management of petty cash transactions. Assist in group closure and audit. Systematic documentation of master, accounting & other records. Co-ordination with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors. Monthly stock audit verification & prepare audit reports. Handling Statutory compliances like TDS, GST, PT. Preparing and Maintain Fixed Asset Register and MIS. Responsible for Cash and Bank Receipts and Payments. Any other works as may be delegated by the reporting hierarchy as may be specified from time to time.

✓ Statutory audit and Tax audit of Companies and Partnership Firms.✓ Consolidation and finalization of accounts, preparing financial statements- Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, preparation & review of reports like Auditors Report and Tax Audit Report.✓ Accounting for the Companies, Partnership Firms & Trusts.✓ Computation of income tax assesses (such as individuals, partner and companies etc).✓ Handling of Monthly and Quarterly return and payment tax (commercial Tax Department).✓ Maintenance of Statutory registers.✓ Handling employee statutory compliance such as P T, T D S, E P F and ESI.✓ Income Tax Departmental - Assessments.✓ Central Service Tax Payments and Returns.
