Initiated first campus company startup at the college where I pursued my Masters. Developed a unique brand of fresh fruit juice vending and healthy snacks outlets named SANS FRUITZZIE. Following initial success was provided Rs.1 crore Subsidized loan from government of Tamil-Nadu under the scheme "NEW ENTREPREUNERS & ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME". Expanded to 10+ kiosk outlets spread across four districts in 180 days through creation and execution of strategic approach. The strategic approach included product development based on customer surveys and market research, production facility construction, supply chain and logistics, budgeting and P/L, pricing strategies, quality assurance, marketing focused on creating brand value and delivering new experience to the customers Achieved combined sales turnover of 1.5 crores in the 1st year. Identified Allied FRP Fabrication business and started 2nd startup in the same year and achieved sales from 20+ satisfied clients & among them were the special Cocoon shaped Ticket Counter Stall Fabrication order from the "DEPARTMENT OF SERICULTURE TAMILNADU".Launched 3rd startup secured investors for the food catering and delivery start-up, expanded the venture to 3+ districts. Through strategic approach and various marketing campaigns identified high demand customer segments and achieved a sales target of 4000+ customers. Launched four successful startups in a span of three years.
