- Creation of invoices for the customers. Approximately 90-100 invoices per day which helps in generating yearly reportsfor the service providers.- Off ground management of the pet boarding centers which includes the tracking of the vaccination records, paymentsand responding to the customer queries.- Settlement of the payments to the pet boarding centers to tackle the revenue generation of the organization.- Handling the customer data by creating advanced google sheets for efficient management of the customers services such as check-in/check-out, boarded/confirmed pets, payments, etc.,- Report generation by creating visualized dashboards for effective view of the entire customers data.- Involved in handling organization's CRM tool for selling company products via online/offline to achieve better sales.- Acting as a mediator between the seller and the customer using Drop Shipment Model.- Sending reports to Chartered Accountant and the service providers that involves information such as Revenue Generation, GSTR1 Report, Settlement Calculations.- Managing the organization's expenses and helps in reducing costs wherever needed.
