• Ensure the system is well maintenance and there is no break down reported during the production.• Assessing problems, identifying them and preparing the requisite on-site work in consultation with the customer.• Resolving mechanical and electrical malfunctions by performance checks or repairs, or replacing parts, in many cases on site.• Providing instructions and advice on the resolution and prevention of malfunctions, as well as improvements to the valves in use, in a manner appropriate to the relationship with the customer/end-user.• Preparing monthly report on routine monitoring activities.• Coordinate a discussion with service technician on planned filed / onshore assignment.• Preparing appropriate equipment and consumables for onshore routine monitoring assignment.

Assumes the technical lead for specific Engineering assignments with a predefined scope.• Participates incross-functional teams to improve production processes,facilities,and reduce manufacturing and raw material costs.• Assists in the analysis of production performance to identify potential cost reductions and helps to develop cost estimatesto justifycapitalexpenditure.• Do proper planning and take care project time to time on site and HQ.• Prepare or provide documentation for side occupational and safetyof maintenance to the employer.• Any other duties assigned bythe Management.• Do drafting 3D and 2D and plan analysis if required.
