Responsibilities includes:- Accounts : Preparation of monthly Financial statements and various MIS reports  Review of Reconciliations - Foreign, Local Banks, Inter-company & Third Parties and sorting out issues / follow-ups Preparation of Revaluation Report monthly, analyzing the Currencies & Rates movements, fluctuations and reporting major deviations Ageing Analysis of Accounts Payables/Receivables and suggesting for prompt payment Coordinating with the IT & Applications for defining new Banks, Products & Services accounts in G.L  Ensure whether all month end closing entries are correctly posted Periodical Inventory checking & submitting discrepancy reports Supervising, assigning and updating the accounts team for day to day activities Analyzing internal control systems / procedures and recommending if any shortcomings to the management  Liaising with the Bankers, Internal and External Auditors Finance & Operations: Handling Fund Management with the Foreign & Local banks, Financial Institutions and Third Parties, recommending to operations dept for transferring of funds and ensuring credits respective accounts on time  Preparing Cash flow statement and forecast funds for finance operations, regular business requirements and planning for effective utilization of funds Analyzing & Providing till balances of all the branches on daily basis and ensuring cash deposits in various banks for funding arrangements  Authorizing & providing credit confirmations to the branches for customer deposits & Transfer of payments Managing and follow-up all Receivables from respective Banks & Third parties and ensuring depositing into bank accounts Corporate Relationship: Handling corporate customers reconciliations and sorting out of issues if any Dealing and handling Settlements with corporate customers for Foreign currencies Attending all queries relating to accounts & operations raised from branches
