Responsibilities as Senior Customer Success Manager at Edureka:1. Onboard closed leads with integration support2. Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the Edureka Platform3. Handling Premium Accounts like - Mercedes-Benz, Citrix R&D, VISA, Wellsfargo, Amdocs, AstraZeneca, Ford, Renault-Nissan- Aveva- Hyderabad etc4. Work with a cross-functional team (spanning Sales, Product, Engineering, Content, Instructor Management ) and be responsible for nurturing existing customers.5. Regular performance review of the accounts on all the onboarded clients.6. Drive meetings and calls with the Clients for unanimous marketing strategies, presentations and relationship building.7. Generate and deliver periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports to review the work done and analyse statistics, metrics, and provide recommendations for further improvements8. In concert with the Sales teams, forecast retention, renewal, and status for assigned accounts.9. Provide mentorship and focus to Customer Success Advocates on how to better manage and grow their accounts
