Responsible for Renewable Energy Project Development with focus on Hydroelectric Project Construction, Commissioning and Operation - Total IC 315 MW .1. Likhu 4 HEP, Nepal 52.4 MW + 15% COL : Project Commissioned , currently under Operation 2. Lower Solu HEP, Nepal 82 MW , Nepal : Under Construction 3. Kali Gandaki Gorge HEP 180 MW , Nepal : Under Development Likhu 4 HEP – 52.4 MW, Nepal: Project Commissioned in 36 Months 52.4 MW Project with completion cost of INR 800 CR, completed, and commissioned in 36 months duration (From October 2018 to October 2021) despite difficult pandemic affected year 2020 and 2021. As a CEO, I was responsible for overall project construction, commissioning, and operation. Project execution participating Agencies Included Fichtner, Germany; VOITH, ICCS, SSNR, SAI, Aster , Parth Electricals , Steel Works , CBM etc.

Developed of plant operation strategy and implemented in advance for successful operation of project.· Preparing Organization structure and formulating strategy for plant operation.· Identification, selection, appointment, and training of operation team.· Review of PPA and ensuring required Government Approvals for plant operation.· Reviewing monthly and annual energy potential based on river discharge data collected during construction.

Project Construction - Chujachen HEP 110 MW & Bhasmey HEP 62 MWInvolved in day-to-day construction activities at project site and Head Office.Review engineering Solutions, construction methodology submitted by consultants & Contractors. Creating monthly financial forecasts & status reports to ensure time and cost control. Communicating projects status with internal department & external organization and participating in decision making.Contribute to company fund raising activities by project marketing and assisting prospective investors in conducting due diligence.Presenting project progress and technical capability to GE Capital (equity partner), consortium of lenders, Lender’s engineer for regular fund disbursement.· Co-ordinating with government bodies (CWC, CEA, MoEF, State Govt.) for clearances and approvalsPlant Operation - ChujaChen HEP 110 MWDeveloped from scratch operation strategy for newly commissioned plant, reviewed operation and maintenance manual, prepared organogram for plant operation, modalities for various government interfaces (ERLDC, CEA etc ), developed procedure for electricity selling in IEX.· Developed Business plans for maximizing annual energy generation and revenue for operational project.Had successfully undertaken major maintenance of Plant due to failure of trash rack at water Intake and heavy entry of tree logs and Debris inside tunnel impacting generation.For selling electricity in Indian Electricity Exchange (IEX), developed complete project generation planning and scheduling mechanism for Chujachen HEP having diurnal storage. Scheduling software was developed for power scheduling. Was responsible for obtaining approval and revised environmental clearance from MoEF & CC, Govt. of India for increase in plantInstalled capacity from 99 MW to 110 MW. Represented company in Central Electricity Authority, Govt. of India for various meeting pertaining to Installed capacity declaration and future energy projection.Build

Highlights:· Project Manager for Detailed Engineering Design & construction planning Consultancy of Bhasmey Hydro Electric Project, 2x27 MW which included critically reviewing tender level design, formulating design criteria report, construction planning, structural and geotechnical design of structures proposed in the project and day-to-day interaction with client and project site to ensure timely delivery of construction drawings· Project Manager for Tender Engineering - Dikchu Hydroelectric Project - 96 MW which included revising of the project layout proposed in the Detailed Project Report and finalizing project layout based on the latest data available. An EPC tender documents were prepared as per FIDIC norms which successfully implemented by the client EPC contract was awarded through International competitive bidding.As a Lenders Engineer monitored project of Teesta VI, Chujachen HEP and prepared monthly construction progress report and did technical and financial due diligence.Technical and financial due diligence for private equity investment in Hydro Power Project.

Worked on Teesta III HEP -1200 MW, Demwe HEP -1750 MW, Vetted Project capital cost and tariff determination with CERC

Worked on detailed engineering design and construction planning of Forebay intake structure and water supply canal of Shrinagar HEP -330 MW along with Australian Design and Execution experts.

Worked on Tala HEP -1020 MW – Main Civil Design and Project management and co-ordination unit, Bhutan. Sardar Sarovar micro canalization Project, Ahmedabad, India. Bisalpur Irrigation Project, Rajasthan, India. Successfully participated in design, construction, commissioning, and Plant operation (Chuzachen Hydro Electric Project – 110 MW (First IPP in the state of Sikkim)
